International Property Awards 2011
A Tofarco property has participated in the prestigious 'CEDIA Awards 2011'. A Tofarco penthouse located in the city center of Nicosia was a finalist in two categories at the awards. In the category 'Best Media Room over £15,000' and the category Best Integrated Home £30,000 - £100,000'. It is the first time a land development company from Cyprus has ever been a finalist in this global event.

CEDIA - The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association is an organisation of experienced companies involved in the design and installation of electronic systems for homes. Custom design and installation, the process by which your home electronics are integrated into one coherent system, is the cutting edge of a rapidly growing field and is only recently becoming more widely known outside the consumer-electronics industry. The CEDIA Awards are the official awards for Smart Home Technologies, which recognize and promote high quality in system design, installation and upgrading of home automation.


EUROPEAN PROPERTY AWARD WINNERS
Leading developers and interior designers from across the length and breadth of Europe have been notified of their success in Europe’s most prestigious property competition in association with Google and Bloomberg Television. TOFARCO was delighted to learn that it was one of the winning companies.

The gala awards presentation and Property Awards Business Summit took place at the Park Lane Hotel in London’s Mayfair. TOFARCO was presented with the BEST INTERIOR award for a penthouse in Nicosia. .

The event is part of the International Property Awards, which is now in its 17th year and has become recognised as the highest standard of excellence throughout the global industry. Attaining one of these coveted awards is evidence that TOFARCO is capable of excelling over some very strong contenders within the highly competitive European property arena.


Lakis Tofarides Manager of the Year

For the third consecutive year In Business Magazine and IMH organized the In Business Awards 2010. It was a glamorous evening with special guests from Cyprus and abroad.

In the category Manager of the Year Lakis Tofarides the chairman of Tofarco was chosen. The prize awarded by the Minister of Communications and Works, Erato Kozakou Marcoulis and Marilena Ierodiakonou, director of magazines of DIAS.

TOFARCO was established in 1977 by Lakis Tofarides with an aim to create a philosophy of its own, which is expressed in one simple phrase 'Absolute Consistency'.
