Leading developers and interior designers from across the length and breadth of Europe have been notified of their success in Europe’s most prestigious property competition in association with Google and Bloomberg Television. TOFARCO was delighted to learn that it was one of the winning companies.

The gala awards presentation and Property Awards Business Summit took place at the Park Lane Hotel in London’s Mayfair. TOFARCO was presented with the BEST INTERIOR award for a penthouse in Nicosia.

The event is part of the International Property Awards, which is now in its 17th year and has become recognised as the highest standard of excellence throughout the global industry. Attaining one of these coveted awards is evidence that TOFARCO is capable of excelling over some very strong contenders within the highly competitive European property arena.

Tofarco participate also in "CEDIA Awards 2011". A  Tofarco penthouse located in the city center of Nicosia was a finalist in two categories at the awards. In the category "Best Media Room over £15,000" and the category "Best Integrated Home £30,000 - £100,000". It is the first time a land development company from Cyprus is a finalist in this global event.
